Intimate Wedding

Your wedding ceremony held outside in our charming white wedding chapel and reception in the 7F Pavilion. A special day to remember – a celebration nestled in beautiful Texas country surroundings!

A perfect three-hour intimate Sunday gathering beginning at either 4 pm (suggested for cooler months) or 6 pm (suggested for warmer months).

Ceremony

• 30 guests
• One bridal bouquet designed with fresh roses
• One matching rose boutonniere
• Dressing area for Bride

Chapel

• Two standing vintage candelabras with candles
• Two fresh green plants on white wooden columns
• White silk floral swag over chapel doorway
• Damask pew runners placed on benches

Reception

• Barbecue meal served buffet style with all the trimmings.
• Choice of two meats – beef, chicken or sausage
• Nice quality disposable dishes and utensils
• Wedding cake on silver plateau with fresh single rose topper and Chocolate Groom’s cake
  
  Options include a crème brulee bride’s cake with brown sugar filling and butter cream icing or a white almond bride’s cake with raspberry filling and butter cream icing, either choice paired with a chocolate insanity round groom’s cake to include truffle filling, chocolate cream cheese icing topped with ganache and dark and white chocolate spikes

  Select a traditional white Italian Crème bride’s cake or a traditional white bride’s cake with vanilla whipped cream filling, either traditional choice paired with a chocolate groom’s cake decorated with fresh strawberries.
  
  
• Small disposable clear plates and white or ivory napkins for cakes.
• Sparkling fruit punch, served in silver punch bowl - disposable cups
• Water, iced tea and freshly brewed coffee
• Round 60” guest tables
• Linens for guest tables - choice of white linen or ivory linen cloths to floor
• Table décor - hurricane glass globe with 6" pillar candle on square beveled mirror with fresh rose petals
• Wooden garden chairs - choice of either white padded or natural oak chairs

Note:

• All set-up and clean-up for Chapel and Pavilion provided by 7F staff
• Wedding coordinator on site.
• Access to sound system with lPod docking station, 5-CD bay , microphones and lapel microphone
• Romantic cabin stay in one of eight secluded cabin suites based on availability
