7F Chapel

• The turn of the century 7F Chapel is 14’ wide by 16’ long with hardwood floors.
• The mantle is 6’ wide by 10” deep and is painted white.
• The side walls consist of 15 windows each with a window ledge.
• The back wall houses 10 windows also with window ledges.
• There are two ceiling fans.
• There are eight lantern lights inside the chapel on dimmer switches.
• Currently the Chapel is not air conditioned.
• There are eight 110 volt outlets.
• The front French doors open back to allow a wedding party to cascade down the plaza steps.
• There is one old pine kneeling bench.
• There are two cream colored antique candelabras with pegged votive candle holders. Each candelabra holds seven candles.
• There are two 4’ tall white fern stands.
• There is one candle table which holds 25 votives. This may be removed from the chapel.
• There are eight 4’ long pew benches. These ma be removed from the chapel.
• At no time may any of the religious icons be removed from the chapel.

Pavilion

• The heated and air conditioned portion of the pavilion is 30’ by 50’ long, yielding 1,500 square feet with ten tons of cooling capacity.
• The main hall has hardwood floors.
• The exterior is painted sage green.
• The interior has weeping plaster walls that look like old adobe.
• There are 11 large light fixtures and four track lights with dimmer switches.
• There are eight large ceiling fans.
• There are six four plex 110 volt outlets indoors and ten duplex outlets outdoors.
• The covered pavilion on the east side of the main hall is 30’ wide and 70’ long with two sets of French doors opening into the main hall.
• The covered porch on the west side of the main hall facing the chapel is 10’ deep and 60’ long. There are five sets of French doors opening into the main hall. There are 4 porch lantern lights on the west porch.
• Wireless internet is available.
• There is one set of double doors that open into the main hall from the service porch area.
• The north entrance to the main hall is through an arbor which leads to one set of French doors opening into the main hall. There are three light fixtures in the arbor and one pair of up-lights on each side of the French doors.
• There is a broom closet with cleaning supplies, flashlights, and ladder in the service area.
• The main hall has one 7’ x 8’ French Burlwood armoire and one 24" x 8’ French Burlwood sideboard with gold mirror.
• There is a 5 disc CD player sound system and microphone.
• The stone walk–way from the main hall to the chapel is 10’ wide and 41’ long.

Catering

Old Brazos Biscuit Company purveyors of fine cuisine and western entertainment, can provide Chuck Wagon Catering with a taste of Texas History for selected events.

The 7F Chuckwagon Crew creates a visual and culinary display complete with authentic dutch ovens, open fire cooking and a dash of history all served around an 1800’s fully outfitted chuck wagon. From the ranch trails of south Texas, to 7F Lodge, the recipes are sure to satisfy.

The cookin’, like fajitas, barbeque, and pinto beans, won’t be anything but crowd pleasers. Most any meal can be topped off with Blue Bell ice cream and cobbler.

In this setting you will feel as though you have stepped back in time – a time less hurried and filled with the magic of living in harmony with the land.

Seating

• There are 10 reversible cream and taupe damask pew cloths for the outdoor pews that are 10” wide x 16’ long and are monogrammed with 7F.
• There are 12 14’ wide church pews.
• Seating on the pews is estimated at 120.
• There are ten 60” round tables and 80 blonde oak folding chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for rental.
• There are 10 floor length white or khaki tablecloths included in the rental. Additional cloths available for rental.
• There are three buffet sections that are 6’ long.
• There are three khaki buffet under-skirting cloths included in the rental. Additional buffet cloths are available for rental.
• The tops of the buffet cloths must be covered to prevent stains.
• There is one stationary bar.

Parking

• There is ample lighted parking along the east fence lines.
• Golf carts can be rented from Randall's Golf Cars (979-778-8112) to transport guests.

Men's Restroom

• There is one toilet stall and one urinal stall.
• There are three light fixtures and one ceiling fan.

Ladies' Restroom

• There are two draped toilet stalls.
• There is one love–seat wicker set and one armoire with full length mirror.
• There are five light fixtures and one ceiling fan.
• It is air–conditioned and heated.
• Paper goods, drum liners and insect repellant are stored beneath the vanity.
