Chandon Brut Classic Champagne - California. Champagne.
Domaine Chandon
Winery, nestled in the renowned landscape of Napa Valley, combines

Cecchi Chianti Docg - 2002. Italy. Dry Red.
Traditionally fermented and skillfully vinified in the historic Tuscan
hills of the delimited Chianti DOCG zone, Cecchi Chianti is ruby red,
dry, lively, and robust with an intense aroma of violets. Good for
roasts, red meats, and pasta dishes. $20.
Casillero del Diablo - 2003. Chile. Merlot.
Spanish for “Cellar of the Devil,” Don Melchor de Condna y Toro
created this name as a way of discouraging workers from tasting his
greatest wines, today this mysterious and now legendary cellar
continues to hold the finest wines of Concha y Torro. $20.
Fat Bastard - 2002. France. Chardonnay.
Named after the British expression describing a particularly rich and
full wine, this chardonnay is aged in oak barrels for 4 months to
produce a wine with round yet bright tropical notes. Made from the
best vineyards in the hills north of Nimes in the Languerdo Rossillon
region of southern France. $20.
Georges Dubceuf - 2002. France. Chardonnay.
This white table wine is aromatic and fruity with aromas of pear,
lime, almond, honey, and vanilla. All of these flavors combine for a
fresh and pleasant palate. $20.
Peregrine Hill - 2002. Texas. Chardonnay.
The graceful, elegant Peregrine Falcon nests in Big Bend, near to our
vineyards and winery. Grace and elegance also tell the story of our
supple, rich, Texas-made Chardonnay. Here, a soft mouthful resonates
with hints of ripe pineapple and honey lingers awhile on the velvet
finish. $20.
Saddleback Chardonnay - 2000. California. Chardonnay.
This Chardonnay is created in the celebrated wine regions of Napa
Valley. The aromatic blend is crisp, fresh, slightly dry, with a hint
