turn of the century 7F Chapel is 14 feet wide by 16 feet long with
hardwood floors.

The
mantle is 6 feet wide by 10 inches deep and is painted white.

The
side walls consist of 15 windows each with a window ledge.

The
back wall houses 10 windows also with window ledges.

There
are two ceiling fans.

There
are 8 lanterns lights inside the chapel on rheostat/dimmer switches.

Currently
the Chapel is not air-conditioned.

There
are 8 110 volt outlets.

The front French Doors open back to allow a wedding party to cascade
down the plaza steps.

There
is one old pine kneeling bench.

There
are 2 adjustable cream colored antique candelabras with pegged votive
candle holders. Each candelabra holds 7 candles.

There
are 2-4ft. tall white ferns stands.

There
in one candle table which holds 25 votives. This may be removed from
the chapel.

There
are 8 white 4 ft. long pew benches. These may be removed from the chapel.

The
enclosed heated and air conditioned portion of the pavilion is 30 ft by 50
ft long.

The
pavilion has hardwood floors.

The exterior is painted sage green.

The
interior has weeping plaster walls that look like old adobe.

The
pavilion is air conditioned and heated with 2 zones.

There
are 11 large light fixtures and 4 track lights with rheostat/dimmer switches.

There
are 8 large ceiling fans.

There
are 6 four plex 110 volt outlets indoors and 10 duplex outlets outdoors.

The
covered beverage porch on the east side of the pavilion is 10 ft deep and
21 ft long with one set of French doors opening into the pavilion.
There is one porch lantern light onto the east beverage porch.

The
covered porch on the west side of the pavilion facing the chapel is 10 ft
deep and 60 ft long. There are five sets of French doors opening into
the pavilion. There are four porch lantern lights onto the west
porch.

The
covered porch wraps around the south side of the pavilion into the service
area for caterers. There is one set of double doors that open into
the pavilion from the service porch areas. There is one porch
lantern light on the south porch.

The north entrance to the pavilion is through
an arbor which leads to one set of French doors opening into the
pavilion. There are three light fixtures in the arbor and one pair
of up-lights on each side of the French doors spotlighting the six flags.

There
is a broom closet with cleaning supplies, flashlights, and a fabric
steamer next to the catering porch.

The
pavilion has one 7 ft by 8 ft French Burlwood armoire and one 24 inch by 8
ft French Burlwood sideboard with gold mirror.

There
is one small boom box/cd player.

The
walk-way from the pavilion to the chapel is 10 ft wide by 41 ft long.

There
are 10 reversible cream and taupe damask pew cloths for the outdoor pews
that are 10" wide by 16 ft long and are monogrammed with 7F.

There are 12 - 14 ft wide church pews.
-
Seating
on the pews is estimated at 120.
-
There
are 10 - 60" round tables and 84 wooden folding chairs.

There
are 10 floor length
white, khaki, or green tablecloths
included in the rental.
Additional cloths available at an additional charge of $15 per cloth.

There are 4 - 4ft by 8 ft buffet sections that sit on saw horses.

There
are 2 khaki buffet under-skirting cloths included in the rental.
Additional buffet cloths are available at an additional charge of $20 per
cloth.

The
tops of the buffet cloths must be covered to prevent stains. You
are responsible for all stains and cloth damage due to food, was, dyes and
cigarette burns or tears.

There
are 2 primitive tables that are 3 ft by 4 ft.

There
is one stationary bar on the beverage porch with one old fashioned bathtub
5ft in length used to ice drinks.

There
are 2 large and 2 small galvanized tubs.
