From: GEORGE BUSH PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY

When leaving the George Bush Presidential Library, turn RIGHT onto GEORGE BUSH DRIVE. There will be a light at the intersection of GEORGE BUSH DRIVE and FM 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Parkway). At this light, you will turn LEFT. Continue on FM 2818 until you reach 2154 (WELLBORN ROAD), where you will turn RIGHT. Traveling south on WELLBORN ROAD, you will enter the community of Wellborn. When you pass the Chevron station on your LEFT, it will be exactly 1.2 miles to GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. Turn LEFT on GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. At the next intersection, you will see our 1st 7F sign on the right. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN RIGHT on ROYDER ROAD.

Our entrance is 1/2 mile down on the LEFT. Follow our private road to our office, and then follow the signs to your cabin or event facility. Your key will be left in a designated area. Do call us if you have questions.

From: MCKENZIE/ EASTERWOOD AIRPORT

When leaving McKenzie/Easterwood Airport, take a RIGHT onto the access road of HWY 60/UNIVERSITY DRIVE EAST. Stay in the RIGHT LANE and it will quickly take you onto the EXIT for FM 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Parkway). Stay on FM 2818 until you reach 2154 (WELLBORN ROAD) where you will turn RIGHT. Stay on WELLBORN ROAD for about 3 miles. When you pass the Chevron station on your LEFT, it will be exactly 1.2 miles to GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. Turn LEFT on GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. At the next intersection, you will see our first 7F sign on the right. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN RIGHT on ROYDER ROAD.

From: College Station on HIGHWAY 6/TEXAS AVE

Approximately 4 miles South of College Station on Texas Ave/Highway 6 take the SH 40 EXIT. There will be a large white water tower on your RIGHT as you exit. TURN RIGHT, which is headed West.

Get into the left hand lane, carry on down HWY 40 approximately 0.4 miles. TURN LEFT at the next LEFT TURN, ARRINGTON ROAD. Cross over East bound HWY 40, continue straight to next Stop sign, TURN RIGHT. This is GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD. Carry on down GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD for approximately 3 miles to a 4-way STOP SIGN. Go through the stop sign. At the next intersection, you will see our first 7F sign on the left. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN LEFT on ROYDER ROAD.

From: Dallas/Ft. Worth on HIGHWAY 6/TEXAS AVE

FROM I-45: EXIT I-45 at Madisonville onto HWY 21. You will remain on HWY 21 until you reach BRYAN. When you cross over the HWY 6 BYPASS, turn left and enter the bypass traveling South on HIGHWAY 6 to the southern end of College Station. Take the SH 40 EXIT. Turn RIGHT.

Get into the left hand lane, carry on down HWY 40 approximately 0 .4 miles. Cross over East bound HWY 40, continue straight to next Stop sign, TURN RIGHT, ARRINGTON ROAD. This is GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD. Carry on down GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD for approximately 3 miles to a 4-way STOP SIGN. Go through the stop sign. At the next intersection, approximately 1mile, you will see our first 7F sign on the left. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN LEFT on ROYDER ROAD.

FROM I-35: EXIT I-35 to HWY 6 towards Marlin/Bryan. As you approach Bryan from the North, HWY 6 will divide into the bypass and Texas Avenue. Veer left onto the bypass. Approximately 4 miles South of College Station on Texas Ave/Highway 6 take the SH 40 EXIT. There will be a large white water tower on your RIGHT as you exit. TURN RIGHT, which is headed West.

Get into the left hand lane, carry on down HWY 40 approximately 0 .4 miles. TURN LEFT at the next LEFT TURN, ARRINGTON ROAD. Cross over East bound HWY 40, continue straight to next Stop sign, TURN RIGHT. This is GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD. Carry on down GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD for approximately 3 miles to a 4-way STOP SIGN. Go through the stop sign. At the next intersection, approximately 1mile, you will see our first 7F sign on the left. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN LEFT on ROYDER ROAD.

From: Houston on HIGHWAY 6/TEXAS AVE

As you approach Bryan/College Station from the South the first exit off of HWY 6 will be SH 40. Take the SH 40 EXIT. There will be a large white water tower on left side of HWY 6 as you exit. Turn LEFT and go under the highway, which is heading West.

After the water tower get into the left hand lane, carry on down HWY 40 approximately 0.5 miles. TURN LEFT at ARRINGTON ROAD. Cross over East bound HWY 40, continue straight to next Stop sign, TURN RIGHT. This is GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD. Carry on down GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD for approximately 3 miles to a 4-way STOP SIGN. Go through the stop sign. At the next intersection, you will see our first 7F sign on the left. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN LEFT on ROYDER ROAD.

From: College Station on WELLBORN ROAD

Traveling south on WELLBORN ROAD from College Station, you will enter the community of WELLBORN. When you pass the Juneck's BBQ on your LEFT, it will be exactly 1.2 miles to GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. Turn LEFT on GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. At the next intersection, you will see our 1st 7F sign on the right. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN RIGHT on ROYDER ROAD.

From: Austin:

Take I35 North to 290E
Get onto 290E until you hit HWY 21 (~30min)
Turn left onto HWY 21
Take this HWY until you get into Bryan (~90 min)
Exit FM 2818/Harvey Mitchell Pkwy…take a right onto 2818/Harvey Mitchell Pkwy
Next turn right onto FM 2154/Wellborn Rd (~10 min)
Go past the town of Wellborn (blink and you’ll miss it…it has a Chevron station)
Take left on Greens Prairie Trail (~1min)
Take 1st right, Royder Road
7F is about a mile down on the left-hand side, just pull in and follow the signs to your destination
